What to Expect from Technical Service?
As a consumer you may have a list of expectations when it comes to receiving service from us.
You may expect:
- Timely responses
- Personalized experiences
- Solutions to your problems
- Being constantly informed about updates regarding your instrument
We promise never to sell a product if we cannot take full responsibility for the sale, implementation, service, support, consulting and training thereof. Thus we will do our best to meet your expectations at all times.
With this said, we too have a few expectations from our customers when requesting service from us.
We expect:
- Customers to back up their data before sending in the instrument for service.
- Take note of the device settings as during service, the settings may be changed by the service software.
- Ensure that all the required accessories accompany the instrument. Our service department will notify you via email regarding this.
