It is always recommended that you keep your instrument operating optimally. The best way to do this is to ensure that you have your instrument Serviced and Certificated annually.

Narich™ now offers an easy and convenient way to book your instrument in for service, whether you would like to have your instrument inspected for damage, repaired or serviced or if it’s due for it’s annual Certification, use our online booking form to arrange the most suitable time for your service.

    We have two Service Centres in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Our service centres are authorised by Konica Minolta Sensing B.V. to perform Certification and other services to international standards

    Our Service Capabilities:

    • Instrument Inspection – To assess whether your instrument requires repairs or service
    • Repairs and Maintenance – To repair your instruments back to full health
    • Certification – Annual Authorised Konica Minolta Certification
    • Annual Service-Level Agreements (SLA) – Discounted packages to plan and budget for your service

    General Terms and Conditions

    • No instruments may be sent for Service or Certification without prior consent from our Service Department.
    • Certification is charged for according to the global Konica Minolta Sensing pricing stipulations.
    • All instruments should be packaged and boxed correctly to avoid damage.
    • Narich (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility for damage to the instrument during transit.
    • Time required for Service is dependant on the state of the instrument and the service schedule.
    • Service-Level Agreements are available to help budget and plan for annual Certification.
    • All bookings made through the online service booking form will receive priority in the service schedule.
